By using Aurisar Ledger ("the Service") you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — if you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Aurisar Ledger is a personal finance and budgeting tool operated as a single-owner application. It aggregates account data via Plaid and stores it in an encrypted database. It is not a bank, brokerage, financial advisor, or money-transmission service.
Reports, projections, and recommendations generated by the Service are informational only. They are not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making decisions involving money. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on output from the Service.
When you link a financial institution, Plaid's terms and privacy policy also apply. We request read-only access; the Service cannot initiate transfers, payments, or trades. You can revoke a connection at any time from Settings → Accounts.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may perform maintenance, change features, or stop offering the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice before any change that materially affects access to your data.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator of Aurisar Ledger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service.
Don't attempt to break into other accounts, abuse rate limits, scrape the Service, reverse-engineer security controls, or use the Service to facilitate anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate access for any of these reasons.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any change, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these terms can be sent to security@aurisar-ledger.com.
